Job description:
1. According to the company's sales strategy and regional layout, carry out the mining and analysis of key customers, assist the sales director of key customers to collect the market information of the jurisdiction and analyze the competitors;
2. Be responsible for the development of key customers in the region under its jurisdiction, maintain the customer relationship in the region, and establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship;
3. Deeply tap the potential needs of key customers and provide customers with satisfactory solutions;
4. Track potential customers regularly, submit sales progress report regularly, and achieve sales target of key customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of sales experience of major customers, familiar with the water-based industrial coating market, with relevant manufacturer resources, working experience in the sales or market work of water-based industrial coating in the fields of automobile interior and exterior trim, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, etc. is preferred;
3. Have certain market analysis and judgment ability and good customer service awareness;
4. Good language and communication skills, excellent sales ability;
5. Positive, intelligent and studious, have ideas and enthusiasm for sales work.
